The government approved on August 18 a draft of an agreement between the governments of Turkey and Ukraine on setting up a direct international cargo railway-ferry boat link. The Cabinet authorized Minister of Transport and Communications Kostyantyn Yefimenko to sign the agreement. The draft of the intergovernmental agreement on the setting up of a direct international cargo railway and ferry boat link was rubberstamped on March 30, 2010.
