Ukraine hopes to achieve an agreement with Russia on duty-free exports of pipes to Russia, Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said on TV Friday. “I have just had such negotiations. I hope we will finalize them within days and will achieve an agreement with Russia on duty-free supplies of pipes to Russia,” said Azarov. He stressed that the Russian market of pipes is extremely important for Ukraine. Russia has ended duty-free imports of steel pipes originating in Ukraine from 1 April 2010 for absence of agreed annual quota of imports.
