Parliament Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn is hoping China will invest in the construction of roads and hotels in Ukraine ahead of the 2012 European football championships. “Now is the time when both sides can benefit,” Lytvyn said during a meeting with China Ambassador to Ukraine Zhou Li. The speaker stressed that the trade and economic cooperation between Ukraine and China has a positive dynamic and expressed confidence that this cooperation will only strengthen in the future.
