The Kyiv city state administration is planning higher rates on heating services for the population after the end of the 2009/2010 season, first deputy head of the Kyiv city administration Anatoliy Holubchenko told at a press conference. The city has agreed on gradual introduction of higher rates with the Housing and Utility Economy Ministry, he said, as the current rates cover some 51% of the cost of the service.
